As of January 1, 2008 we are donating 3% of our profit to the wonderful organizations listed below. While we have donated in the past we are making the firm commitment to donate 3% this year. We are very fortunate to run a moderately successful and profitable company and welcome the opportunity to give back. We hope to slowly work up to eventually donating 10% of our profit. We hope that you will research and donate to these or other charities of your choice.

Going Green:
In an effort to being Eco-Friendly and to conserve energy we are taking the following steps towards being more of an environmentally friendly company.
-We have implemented the use of CFL's(comact fluorescent light bulbs) in all of our work space areas.
-We are recycling all of our toner cartridges from copiers, fax machines and printers
-We are recycling all bottles, cans, etc at our office and at our events
-We have implemented a policy of going "paperless". Whenever possible we are emailing all contracts, estimates and invoices in lew of faxing and mailing.
-All washing and sanitizing of our party rentals including china and linens are done with Eco friendly detergents.
-On site cleaners including dish soap, general spray cleaners, etc are only Eco Friendly Brands.
-Whenever possible we are using paper products with at least 30% post-consumer recycled fiber
-We are encouraging our staff to car pool to events instead of taking separate vehicles to our events.
-Whenever possible we are using only organic foods for our Catering Department.
-We have embraced on line marketing and reduced our marketing via printed materials.
-Instead of using additional vehicles to bring rentals and equipment to our events we are using trailers whenever possible.
We are doing our best to conserve energy and to be kind to the environment and encourage you to do the same.
