There are hundreds of catering company’s out there, so what makes us different?

We strive to serve the most delicious and freshest food with a modern flair and classic elegance.  How do we do it?

 

1) Food: We choose from the finest freshest organic ingredients available.   Depending on the season and when available the majority of our foods are made from organic whole foods, fruits and vegetables.   What does this mean to you?   The taste is the difference from bland tomatoes you buy at your local grocery store to one you might eat that are vine ripened from your own back yard. The freshest, tastiest foods available that are preservative, pesticide and hormone free. 

 

2) Presentation:   Our foods are attractively displayed on our signature serpentine table, with table runners, assorted risers, candles and floral arrangements.   Each food item is either presented on an classic white or attractive, modern and unique service platter.  Each platter is always garnished and attractively displayed. The look is sheik, modern, elegant and very pleasing to the eye.  While our signature look is the serpentine table, with modern and unique platters, we also cater I the standard 6ft or 8ft rectangular buffet tables with classic white platters.    We consistently hear from our clients and there guests that are presentation is just amazing.

 

3) Staff:  First off our staff is dressed in “Black Bistro Attire”, which is the look of fine modern dining in some of San Francisco’s Finest Hot Spot Restaurants.   The look consists of back slacks, black button up dress shirt, black dress shoes, long black bistro apron and a tie.   The look is clean, elegant, and very modern.   Our staff will always have a smile, be attentive to all of your guests, and pay extra special care to you our client and any VIP guests that you make us aware of.

 

4) Customer Service:  What every happened to customer service?  It is rare now a days to find true customer service:  On the rare occasion where you get good service it’s quite unusual.  Our goal is to please you our client and to make your guest say “wow”, what a great party.  We want you to sit back and relax, while we take care of every aspect of your party with the finest attention to detail.  We will do so with a smile, politeness and professionalism.    From start to finish we promise to answer each phone call and email in a timely fashion with customer service that strives to meet the highest levels of professionalism in the industry.


5) Menu Selection:  We have several chefs on staff that focus on the following fine cuisines.    Modern American, Italian, Greek, Mediterranean, Mexican Fiesta, Cajun, Creole, Hawaiian Luau, and Barbecue.  Ask for sample menus in those categories and we are sure you will very pleased.
